It is the policy of the Toronto Police Services Board that:
- The Chief of Police will develop procedures and processes for undertaking and managing investigations into illegal gaming
- The Chief of Police will ensure that information on illegal gaming shall be shared with the Ontario Illegal Gaming Enforcement Unit.
